Foundational Exercises are the Building Blocks

It's natural to want to progress. No one wants to stay exactly the same forever, right? As your Pilates practice is evolving, it is important to progress in a thoughtful, mindful and classical way. Each exercise builds on the next and even the most "basic" or "foundational" Pilates exercises can be found throughout the "advanced" exercises. Foundational exercises are literally the building blocks of Pilates. You must have the most very basic exercises mastered before moving on!
