The online studio was originally designed for Lori’s clients to be able to access top notch Classical Pilates instruction while they were traveling or unable to be physically present in the studio.
The online studio has grown to include people from all over the United States and the world. There is truly something for everyone within the studio - Pilates mat classes, yoga classes, breathwork, guest instructors and nearly every Classical apparatus!
For just $3.75 a week you have unlimited access to all of Lori’s streaming classes and guest instructors! Classes range from under 5 minutes to an hour so there is always a class that will fit in with your day -wherever you are!
